We offer clean, tidy and affordable accommodation, for total relaxation, a good sound night’s sleep and a hassle free beach break, perfect for couples and self drives.
We are situated in Southbroom South close to Umkobi Beach and the popular “Trattoria La Terrazza” restaurant, set on the banks of the Umkobi Lagoon. The main Southbroom Beach is a short scenic drive through the village and golf course and offers excellent swimming and surfing, the natural headland provides breathtaking views over the Indian Ocean.

The village boasts one of the finest holiday golf courses in South Africa, tennis courts, nature trails and unspoilt beaches. One of the best point breaks for surfing and also adequate retail facilities for your daily needs.

We have 3 comfortable rooms on offer, a private Double room en suite, Twin room with a private bathroom and a comfortable 8 sleeper Dorm en suite. Fully equipped kitchen, a lounge where guests can watch DSTV, listen to music, use the X Box, read books and magazines, play games or just chat with the other guests. We also have a swimming pool, bar and braai facilities and a large sub tropical garden.

We will make the most of your stay in our beautiful coastal village and it’s surrounds. Our local knowledge ensures that you get the best advice on things to do and places to see.

Directions

From the North: If you are travelling down south from the Drakensberg, North Coast or Durban, take the N2 from Durban south, at Port Shepstone the N2 becomes the R61. Travel a further 25km to Southbroom north, proceed further on for another 1.5km and take the Southbroom South turn off. From the South: If you are travelling up north from Jeffreys Bay Port Elizabeth, East London, Chintsa, Coffee Bay, take the N2 until you reach Port Shepstone then take the R61 south to Southbroom [25km]. Take the Southbroom South turn off. If you are travelling up from Port St Johns take the R61 to Southbroom South. At the Southbroom South turn off, turn right at the first junction, into Outlook Road and drive for about 1.3km, turn right into Dorwin Road, keep immediate right into Cliff Rd and we are the last house on the left - No 11, Lot 401.
