You can opt for an elenganly appointed en-suite room or the luxury of a self catering lodge with six en-suite rooms, either of which promisises total comfort.

Winter is about betwen 14 - 16 deg. C in the morning. In the heat of the day it may reach up to 23 degrees celius.

Summer about 23 deg. C in the morning and between 30 to 37 degrees celcius during the day.

From CBD take East Central Arterial or follow the airport signs, via Verbana until you reach Engen Garage, left into Weigelia, right into Nkoninga, carry on until stop street in Birdswood. Turn right into Pelican Parade. The Woodpecker Inn is now on the right.
